Not only that I dedicated myself to religiously follow my vegan diet, I enrolled at a gym and did circuit training. My personal trainer also gave me some supplements which boost my energy and help me drastically lost my weight from 230 lbs to 160 lbs in two weeks. Amazing? Yeah, some might even call it miracle. But after several more weeks I got tired of fooling myself with veggie meat. My craving for real meat has become uncontrollable and there you go, I am back to being a carnivore. I just couldn’t help it. I miss eating my favorite t-bone steak, rocky road cake and chips having DVD marathon with my friends who also love to eat and hates doing exercises.
